How much is the monthly subscription?
Just $10 a month (plus $5 shipping). $15 will be deducted from your account every month on the same date as your subscription start date.
Are there other subscription options?
Yes! - 3 Month ($30), 6 Month ($65), Year ($120)
This is where you really save! Pay the amount upfront and don't worry about automatic monthly withdrawals. After your term is up, the savings continue! We'll automatically enroll you in the same plan unless you indicate otherwise (see below).
What happens at the end of my subscription term?
Your subscription will automatically renew at the current subscription level and terms.
When can I expect my Snack’M Premier box?
Snack’M Premier boxes leave our facility on (or by) the 5th day of each month. Please allow 2-3 days transit time.
I haven’t received this month’s snack box?
We apologize for this inconvenience. Please contact us at with your order/confirmation number and a member of our staff will be in contact with you.

The product offerings vary each month, however we aim to provide a unique set of locally sourced, wholesome and private label snack and beverage offerings each month
Can I send the Snack’M Premier box as a gift?
Absolutely! If you are gifting the snack box, please kindly leave us a note during checkout and indicate the recipient name, address (if different from billing address), occasion, and any other specifics.
I am on one of the multi-month plans (3, 6, 12 months) and want next month's box sent to a different address. What should I do?
Email us at by the 1st of the month with your order # and the new mailing information and we'll send that month's box to the requested address. The following month your box will resume mailing at the original address given at sign-up, unless otherwise specified.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We hope you'll love the mystery of receiving unique and locally sourced snack options each month, but if for some reason you want to tell us good bye ("tear") just email us at by or before the 1st of the month with Subject: CANCEL. Make sure to include your order # and we'll close you out!
